There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw. All prizes are non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
Our Christmas promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over and will run from Friday 10th December to Tuesday the 21st December. There is no guarantee that entries will receive these items before Christmas.
Prizes will be posted at 9am each morning for 12 days. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on the day that each prize is listed. niix accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach us by the relevant closing date for any reason.
Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, niix reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be notified by Instagram stories (@niix.fit). The winners must claim their prize within 30 working days of the promotion sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and niix reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
niix will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

niix Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
