This stage of a woman’s life can be extremely stressful, confusing and difficult in many ways. Preimenopause can last years with each of us experiences different symptoms. Staying fit and healthy is one way to alleviate many of the debilitating symptoms of perimenopause & menopause and I want to help do that through my app and online workouts, recipes, advice and blogs.
Fitness is essential during this stage, not only to avoid the dreaded middle age spread but it also helps with mental wellbeing, helps with sleep and importantly, builds bone & muscle density which is on the decline at this time of life.
