You will need
- 100g beansprouts
- 150g diced chicken breast
- ½ packet stir fried vegetables
- 1 handful cashew nuts
- ½ garlic clove
- Tamari sauce
- Small drizzle sesame oil
- Fry the chicken in coconut oil until it is cooked through, then add the cashew nuts to toast.
- Add stir fry vegetables, beansprouts, garlic and some of the tamari sauce.
- Cook until the vegetables are cooked but crisp.
- Take off the heat and serve, drizzle over some sesame oil.
