You will need

  • 100g beansprouts
  • 150g diced chicken breast
  • ½ packet stir fried vegetables
  • 1 handful cashew nuts
  • ½ garlic clove
  • Tamari sauce
  • Small drizzle sesame oil


  • Fry the chicken in coconut oil until it is cooked through, then add the cashew nuts to toast.
  • Add stir fry vegetables, beansprouts, garlic and some of the tamari sauce.
  • Cook until the vegetables are cooked but crisp.
  • Take off the heat and serve, drizzle over some sesame oil.
