You will need

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 slice wholegrain or rye bread
  • ½ avocado
  • Chilli flakes 


  • Smash avocado in a bowl with a fork
  • Place toast onto a plate and top with smashed avocado
  • Peel boiled eggs, slice and place on top of the avocado toast
  • Top with chilli flakes to serve
