
You will need
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 slice wholegrain or rye bread
- ½ avocado
- Chilli flakes
Method
- Smash avocado in a bowl with a fork
- Place toast onto a plate and top with smashed avocado
- Peel boiled eggs, slice and place on top of the avocado toast
- Top with chilli flakes to serve
