Oregano or chopped fresh basil11/2Tsp

1 tin organic chopped tomatoes400
Chopped Garlic
Chopped red onion
Ketchup or brown sugar
Chilli powder or 1 chopped green chilli (optional)
Olive Oil1/21/2Tbsp
Vegetable Toppings of your choice


1- Whisk your eggs with salt, oregano and grated mozzarella cheese.

2- Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium flame, add your omelette mix, cover and cook on low heat

3- For your pizza sauce, heat oil in a pan then add chopped garlic & red onions for 1min until brown, then add your tin of chopped tomatoes. Add the remaining ingredients.

4- Turn your omelette with the help of a plate and layer with your sauce and toppings

5- Turn your grill on max and place your omelette under the grill until your cheese melts
