You will need

Ingredient Amount
  For the Base For the Sauce Units
Medium sized free range eggs 6    
Salt 1 1/2 Tsp
Grated Mozzarella cheese 1/2 1/2 Cup
Oregano or chopped fresh basil 1 1/2 Tsp
Ground black pepper 1/2 1/2 cup
1 tin organic chopped tomatoes 400   g
Chopped Garlic   1 Tsp
Chopped red onion   2 Tbsp
Ketchup or brown sugar   1/2 Tbsp
Chilli powder or 1 chopped green chilli (optional)   1/4 Tsp
Olive Oil 1/2 1/2 Tbsp
Vegetable Toppings of your choice      


1- Whisk your eggs with salt, oregano and grated mozzarella cheese.

2- Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium flame, add your omelette mix, cover and cook on low heat

3- For your pizza sauce, heat oil in a pan then add chopped garlic & red onions for 1min until brown, then add your tin of chopped tomatoes. Add the remaining ingredients.

4- Turn your omelette with the help of a plate and layer with your sauce and toppings

5- Turn your grill on max and place your omelette under the grill until your cheese melts
