You will need

  • 30g whole rolled oats
  • 15g chia seeds
  • 250ml milk
  • 2tbsp almond butter
  • 1 handful of sliced strawberries



Mix the oats, almond milk and chia seeds in a bowl. Cover and allow to sit overnight.

In the morning, drizzle over the almond butter and sliced strawberries.

Can sweeten with a drizzle of date nectar.
