With only 4 ingredients this is an all round all day good kind of a snack. Whether it’s something you are giving the kids or a late night treat while you watch a film, I absolutely love these. They are low calorie, healthy, vegan and gluten free!

You will need:
2 large bananas
1sp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2tsp coconut sugar (or any sugar you like)

Chop the bananas up, mix all the ingredients together and fry with a little bit of coconut oil until golden, serve up and enjoy!
