
Packed with protein, complex carbs and healthy fats, these peanut butter oatmeal energy balls are the perfect vegan and gluten free energy bites for a pre-workout snack.
You will need
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2tbs flax seeds/chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2-3 tbs of nut milk
Method
- Mix everything together, roll into balls, put in the fridge for a couple of hours and enjoy!
