Packed with protein, complex carbs and healthy fats, these peanut butter oatmeal energy balls are the perfect vegan and gluten free energy bites for a pre-workout snack.

You will need

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2tbs flax seeds/chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2-3 tbs of nut milk

Method

  • Mix everything together, roll into balls, put in the fridge for a couple of hours and enjoy!
