
These are one of my favourite go to breakfast options. Not only is it full of delicious, nutritious fruit but it looks great and is really filing.
You will need
- 1 x handful of spinach
- 1 x handful of raspberries
- 1 x handful strawberries
- ½ banana (keep other half for topping)
- ½ cup of kefir
- 2 ice cubes
- ½ cup chia seeds
Method
- Blend to your preferred consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and top with remaining banana, nut butter, seeds etc.
