These are one of my favourite go to breakfast options. Not only is it full of delicious, nutritious fruit but it looks great and is really filing.

You will need

  • 1 x handful of spinach
  • 1 x handful of raspberries
  • 1 x handful strawberries
  • ½ banana (keep other half for topping)
  • ½ cup of kefir
  • 2 ice cubes
  • ½ cup chia seeds

Method

  • Blend to your preferred consistency.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with remaining banana, nut butter, seeds etc.
