You will need

  • 300g turkey mince
  • ½ finely diced onion
  • 1 crushed garlic cloves
  • 5g fresh coriander
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 diced celery sticks
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 2 courgettes / courgetti


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Put the mince, half the onion, the garlic cloves, coriander, paprika and eggs into a bowl, combine with your hands and season with salt and pepper. Roll into small balls and set aside in the fridge.
  • In a heated pan, place the tomatoes, remaining onion, celery, rosemary, salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Place meatballs into a roasting tin, pour over tomato sauce and cook in the oven for 20 minutes, serve with spiralised courgette.
