The Story

I have been teaching Pilates & strength training for over 16 years.  I qualified in 2009 from Body Control Pilates, completing my training across classical mat, Reformer, Cadillac, bone health, back health, pre & postnatal, small Pilates props, barre & TRX.  Now in my late 40s I feel fitter, stronger and healthier than ever and look to bring all of my knowledge and training to my classes both in the studio & online.
