Ingredients

• 2tbsp chia seeds
• 30g oats
• 300ml unsweetened almond milk
• Handful of raspberries
• Handful of pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp coconut flakes or desiccated coconut

Method

Place the oats and almond milk in a small saucepan and heat for 5 minutes.

Top with raspberries, pistachios and coconut.

Turn off the heat and stir in the chia seeds.
