Protein Packed Wrap
How to make;
– Whisk two eggs, add seasoning of choice
– Pour into stick free pan and place wrap on top. Flip when underside cooked
– Place filling on wrap, egg side. I used grated cheese, smashed avocado and spinach leaves.
– Fold and enjoy
This omelette wrap is so easy & speedy to whip up and tastes delicious. Add some chilli flakes to add a punch and mix up the fillers to keep it interesting.
