You will need
- ½ mango
- ½ avocado
- 300ml-400ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- Juice of ½ a lime
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender, if the texture is too thick add a little bit more almond milk. For an added protein boost try adding in a small scoop of vanilla protein powder.
- Pour into a bowl when all the ingredients are well mixed. To serve, experiment with a range of toppings such as mixed seeds, coconut flakes or pomegranate seeds.
