You will need

  • ½ mango
  • ½ avocado
  • 300ml-400ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Ice


  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender, if the texture is too thick add a little bit more almond milk. For an added protein boost try adding in a small scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  • Pour into a bowl when all the ingredients are well mixed. To serve, experiment with a range of toppings such as mixed seeds, coconut flakes or pomegranate seeds.
