Perfect for a delicious snack or to serve as canapés!

You’ll need:
thumb-sized piece ginger, grated
1 large garlic clove, grated
1 tsp honey
1½ tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
½ lime, juiced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 skinless chicken breast, cut into 10 pieces
10 raw king prawns
1 broccoli head, cut into 20 florets
20 cocktail skewers

Mix together the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, lime, garlic and divide into separate bowls. Mix the chicken into one and prawns into the other. Let them marinate in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

Then cook the chicken in a frying pan for 5 minutes and then add the prawns and cook them until they are pink. Pop some broccoli into a bowl and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes

Once all cooked, add them to skewers and serve up – delicious!
