One of my favourite ways to help me eat a healthy, balanced diet is to prep. These overnight chia pots are super tasty and great to grab on the go.

How to make:
– 1 scope of chia seeds
– 1/2-1 cup of milk of choice
– Drizzle of date nectar (or honey)
– 1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon, nutmeg & turmeric (mixed together)
– Stir well & add blueberries + almond flakes
– Pop in the fridge overnight
– Add toppings of choice (pecans, raspberries etc)
