By entering the competition you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
The competition is being run by niix Ltd.
The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age for UK and Ireland residents only.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter with one prize available.

The prize
The prize will be products from brands including niix, Soak and Sleep, Kollo Health, Soak and Sleep, Votary, Tan Luxe and more.
The competition is open from 25th Sept to 4pm on the 9th October.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of niix Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
The winner will be notified by the 8th October.
niix Ltd will attempt to contact the winner up to two times.
The winner will be contacted by email up to 48 hours after the prize draw closes. Failure to respond within 5 working days upon receipt of email will result in an automatic redraw.
Receipt of the prize
Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize.
The brand or niix Ltd cannot be responsible for late arrival of parcels.
niix Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
Data protection and publicity
An announcement of the winners name will be made via niix Ltd.
By taking part in the giveaway, entrants agree to participate in publicity at niix Ltd’s request if they are a winner. Entrants agree that niix Ltd may, in its sole discretion use their name, image, any relevant video footage of them and comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without notice and without any fee being paid.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with niix Ltd Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
niix Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
niix Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any damage, direct or indirect loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering this Promotion. To the extent permissible under applicable law, niix disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with this Promotion.
niix Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
